Happy Trio’s owners on cloud nine after Gold win in London
May 26 - Happy Trio lived up to his name in Friday’s sixth race at The Raceway at Western Fair District. The three-year-old pacing colt put broad smiles on the faces of his three owners as he cruised to an impressive victory in the second of two $95,600 Gold Series divisions.

Steacy, Filion honoured during OSS season opener
May 25 - As part of the Ontario Sires Stakes season opener on Sunday, May 21 trainer Mark Steacy and driver Sylvain Filion were honoured for their 2016 Johnston and Lampman Cup victories. As the three-year-old trotting and pacing colts kicked off the Confederation Cup program at Flamboro Downs, Steacy and Filion were presented with commemorative Citizen Eco-Drive watches from Ontario Racing Executive Director Rob Cook.

Rosberg triumphs in OSS season opener at Flamboro Downs
May 21 - Three-year-old trotting colt Rosberg won the first Ontario Sires Stakes event of the season at Flamboro Downs on Sunday and was immediately promoted to the head of the class in trainer Julie Walker’s stable.

OSS season opens on Confederation Cup night at Flamboro Downs
May 19 - The 2017 Ontario Sires Stakes season will kick off on Sunday, May 21 at Flamboro Downs as part of the Dundas racetrack’s $460,600 Confederation Cup program. Ontario’s best three-year-old trotting colts and geldings will highlight the Confederation Cup pre-show, competing in the Gold Series season opener.
